Fat Reducing Diet - Lose 4 Kilos Every 11 Days

A fat reducing diet is not the same as a weight reducing diet. Weight loss diets focus on losing weight and that weight doesn't necessarily have to be fat, actually it rarely is. When you want to lose weight superfast and go on one of the starvation diets you lose some fat but a lot of muscle and water. The ratio is 20:40:40. That is, if you lose 10 pounds you have lost 2 pounds of fat, 4 pounds of muscles and 4 pounds of water. Not that appealing, huh?

You lose the water because of the starvation. You use up all of your glycogen and the glycogen binds lots of water. You lose the muscle because your body is very restrictive in using its stored fat for energy. It rather use the muscle you don't use.

Imagine a diet that will burn the fat, preserve the muscle and stabilize you glycogen stores. This would mean that you could lose weight quite fast and the weight lost is what used to sit on your thighs or belly. A diet like that would help lots of us lose weight once and for all, no more yoyo-dieting.

So, what is this diet that don't require us to starve, count calories or reading labels at the store? It is called the calorie shifting diet. This diet makes sense in the expression 'food is not the enemy'. This diet actually uses food as a mean to get you thin. Eating certain types of calories will boost the level of fat burning hormones in your body and it also decrease the fat storing hormones. You could eat yourself thin.
